Three things happen in our workshop, and the point of them being in one building is that nothing gets handled more than it has to be.
Sheet laminating. We bond high-pressure laminate to a core of your choosing — lightweight ply where weight matters, eucalyptus, birch where the edge is on show, or MDF for interior work that stays dry. Both faces as standard, because a single-faced panel bows. We don’t hold finished stock and we don’t buy in pre-laminated board; every sheet is pressed for the order it belongs to.
CNC cutting. Cut to your sizes, nested from your list or your CAD file, with profile routing and handle recesses where the job needs them.
Edge banding. Colour matched to the face and applied here, so panels arrive ready to assemble rather than ready to finish.
Over 450 decors from Formica, Altofina, Geaves and Stylam Plus, across a full range of colours, textures and gloss levels. Samples are free on any of them.

Normal turnaround is two weeks from order. Collection from our workshop on Langage Industrial Estate is free, and we deliver across mainland UK.
